In this introductory section you will be able to have a quick overview on what this tool is about. I will explain what you can find at each section of the document. Besides this explanations, you can read some motivations on doing this tool, the decisions taken and things I had in consideration before I started to build this tool. The real motivation of doing such a tool was to help the author to achieve the Telecommunication Engineering degree. Besides this, you could wonder why about doing this type of thing and not other. First of all I really wanted to learn some actual tools on developing real working web platforms, such as ASP.NET.2.0, SQL because nowadays is important to know how to work with such tools if you would like to work in a serious enterprise or company. So I really felt like I didn't knew enough about this kind of web tools. Second thing is why a tool for making quizzes? When I was a kid I wish I could have the opportunity to have such a tool but back then the best thing we had was MS-DOS, so it was something you couldn't think about. At least building this tool maybe I can help school kids to learn easily their lessons and also learn to use internet at the same time
